I did a little checking and a phone call to get a value. This pistol in the condition described would/should retail in the $4,000 range without the snail drum mag. The mag alone would retail in the $900 range so the full value of this rig in my opinion would be around $5,000. If it was for sale, and I HAD the money to buy, I would pay $5,000 for this rig. It is very rare to find an all matching rig like this one, so it may be worth a little more, but I feel $5,000 would be a good estimate.
