The shaft from the hole to the screw driver tip, looks a bit short, but this could just be the angle at which the photo was taken. Its most probably a DWM tool from 1900-1929. They used the same unmarked tool for both military and commerical, including contract, production. If you tool also has serrations on the part that the thumb pushes down on when used, then it is post WW2 EG production, made on the original WW2 KH machinery. Tom H.
