Dear Jan, The folks at Reno simply eyeballed the piece. No one took it down to examine the inside surfaces, etc. No one there had the expertise and experience you have. The only way to attempt to resolve this dilemma is to have you personally examine it. I am willing to accept whatever conclusion you come to. I agree with Pete Ebbink's assessment earlier that I cannot see the percentage of faking a luger such as this, is just doesn't make sense.I will go over to Krausewerk today.
