Craig, I'd make sure that the sideplate is properly located in the frame groove to the rear of the sideplate first. If that doesn't cure the problem, then check the spring tention of the disconnector (plunger in the trigger bar). This is what pushes the diconnector under the trigger lever in the sideplate to make contact. Finally, you may have the increase the angle of at the top of the trigger lever, to allow the disconnector to push it out of the way when the trigger is released after each shot. TH
