I hear ya. I got one today, it is mostly mint shape other than the fact that the straps were removed and a 4 rivet square of leather with a weapons belt hook was attached. I have seen one other and it was a Norweigen army conversion. Mine has a Lederwarenwerk, Curt Vogel stamp on the back but can't see the date. I have seen some 36's but never yet seen a 35.
