Bob, if your "locals" don't blue LUGERS for a living... then I wouldn't trust them to do a proper job unless you have seen their actual work on LUGERS.
In five years, I have never heard a harsh word about Thor's work... He knows how to keep the "lines" sharp and straight, and the historical stamps from disappearing by the hand of an overeager buffer...
Visit his website and see his before and after photos...Sometimes I wonder if he is really a magician! but it is really a gift to do the kind of work he does...
