This could be a totally acceptable gun, as it is a WW2 rework? With an Eagle 63 on the barrel. EXCEPT it should have the rear sight on the toggle if it has been properly reworked, that is what you meant right Jim? {{just took me a minute to grasp that}}

It always makes me wonder when the pictures are so dark, it is hard to tell? It isn't hard to lighten pictures up, like so:
