Tim, if you really want to get it refinished there is a place in Florida that specializes in chrome/nickel removal and has several different types of blueing options. If I recall correctly it cost me about $155 to have the stripping and premium blue done on my unit marked Erfurt and I am really happy with the result. This price is based upon you doing the take down of all the Luger parts, no big deal, just a little tedious. I did my own strawing so I just had those parts stripped and not blued.
