Thanks for sharing, Guy. One of mine is basically the same thing: DWM military, property-stamped 1920, converted from LP.08, used by police. It also has a quirk involving the takedown lever. During one of its times being worked on by armorers, probably Weimar era, a leftover Erfurt-proofed takedown lever was installed and numbered to match. It likely went to the hospital another time, because it has a Nazi-marked barrel. That it arrived in a holster that had been converted from military style closure to police style is another clue to its last use before it was "retired," although it never had a sear or magazine safety.
