Welcome to the forum. Your gun was manufactured by Mauser and is worth whatever someone will pay for it. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you have an "improved" luger, one of the thousands that were brought home by GIs after 1945 and went to a bumper chrome shop thereafter.
The lack of a stock lug and the chrome plate destroys this piece for a collector; as a shooter, enjoy it...you are shooting a piece of history that someone defaced.
