My very first Luger purchase was/is a very, very nice, all-matching 1917/1920 Artillery. Its stock lug had been entirely removed.

There is a guy who will build up weld on the heel of the frame, and mill out a stock lug to spec. IIRC, I saw a YouTube about him and the process for which he charged $500.
