My 42 byf came with a holster and unmarked loading tool.

The holster is a 1942 “DLU” Ewald Lunenschloss, Militareffekten-Fabrik, Solingen (formerly Eastern Germany, near Dusseldorf).
They are fairly common, from what I have seen.
