Is it marked GERMANY or not?

An Alphabet Commercial without the marking would not have been exported to the US. The Germans were not big on custom holsters, any military-style without markings would be appropriate. If you can find one from Albricht Kind marked AkAh tht would be good, AK was a major maker and dealer of commercial P08 holsters.

A GERMANY marked pistol was explicitly a U.S. marketed pistol. Americans have always been big on custom holsters, so any holster from a U.S. maker would work. The most common holsters re cheap flap-style holsters with a decorative edge stamp. These were sold by virtually any sporting goods, hardware, or dry-goods store. Custom manufacturers such as H.H.Heiser, Eubanks, several other manufacturers. They could be had plain or with any amount of decorative carving.
