By 1938, all military issue (S/42) Lugers were being totally blued... no straw parts. This piece is way over-priced.
I also agree that the piece has been buffed and reblued. A good shooter at the starting price... but out of sight now. Obviously, the bidders are NOT members of the Lugerforum
