I don't think that's a good idea. Tanks require ocean shipping, lots of parts and maintenance workers. Planes could fly there but again require tons of parts/ordnance/fuel etc and maintenance workers. Artillery same thing. It took six months to get the first Iraq war set up. Ukraine doesn't have that much time.

My idea is not to send Ukraine weapons, but to sent Russia missiles.

Lots and lots of missiles.
