I get that the article wasn't well written but we all learn as we go along ... Keep in mind the website wrote this article on May 25, 2017 so who knows when Tom wrote it. How much have you learned in the last 5 years ???

Being on this site has taught me so much about the Luger and its history thanks to so many of our members.
I fully agree that Vlim is most definitely one of our "true experts" but so is Tom IMO and experts do not always agree with one another.
That's the fuel that keeps the engine running and knowledge evolving.

We are blessed to have a long list of learned collectors here each adding to the total gestalt of our knowledge base.
