Ken,

It sounds to me as if the trigger lever is not clearing the little plunger at the front of the sear. Check to be sure the trigger lever and sear plunger are working smoothly. If you will polish the beveled edge of the top rear of the trigger lever, this may rectify your problem. If it doesn't, you may have to carefully round the corner of the sear plunger a little so that it will disengage the trigger lever properly.
