Post something not resetting here

Hi Folks:
I asked this before, on the new members forum, but will try again here.
I recently got a 1917 DWM P08. After one or two shots, it will not fire again until you manually push the trigger forward an infinitesimal fraction of an inch--such a small distance as to be nearly undetectable. When you do this you can feel a very tiny "click" in the trigger and then it will fire again.
I field stripped it, and cleaned it, and oiled it, but it still does this. I (in my very limited knowledge) suspect either the trigger spring or the sear spring. I am more inclined toward the sear spring because the trigger spring seems to push the trigger all the way forward when the slide is off of the frame. Am I way off base, here, and can anyone offer any advice as to how to fix this myself?
Thanks
Ken
