Luke,
My 1908 FMI is marked exactly as yours. To the best of my knowledge, the sear bar is not numbered until they started numbering in the military style (exposed numbers) in 1910. I do not know about the extractor since I am reluctant to drift out the pin to remove it unless there is a really urgent need to do so.
