Speaking for myself, I'm on two lists. The NYS DOH list, and the Niagara County DOH list. They're separate. As of a couple hours ago, they're still No Appointments Available.
The local paper posted that only 19% of those eligible have been vaccinated. They also quoted Biden's office as saying that sufficient stockpiles of vaccine have been reached and we can now consider exporting some to Canada and other countries. Yay! The pandemic's over! All hail Biden!
Here in my rural area, we're still on track to get vaccinated by February 2022. No one I know has gotten vaccinated.
