I own a 1906 AE Luger that appears on the "Exempted List", and I have constructed a close resemblance to the "Ideal Shoulder Stock / Holster that meets every requirement of the "Rules", But I still am going to Write for a letter of clarification for my Holster Stock.
I feel that I may need this if a "County Mountie" decides that he has me on a "Felony Collar" of a "Short Barreled Rifle Possession" charge.
