The receiver was made by Erfurt in 1916 and the pistol was later repaired by an army repair facility at Ingolstadt during the Nazi era as evidenced by the Eagle over HZaJT3.

The "42" on the barrel means it's a Mauser replacement barrel. The DWM on the toggle train shows that it's a replacement for the original Erfurt toggle train although without picture evidence, the toggle train could be made up of parts from other than just DWM.
