I think the more difficult question is what/which luger to buy- After you figger that out then you can start to figger out where. Most people think a Luger is a Luger - that ain't so.. The price of a luger can and will be based on when it was built where and by whom. Also for whom - military, commercial a certain country and type - artillery, Navy, 08 or whatever. Like the man said - get some books and find out which Luger you want and then start looking for a place to buy it.
