One of the micro-welding guys might be able to help. The welding aspect would be straightforward and not take much time. It's the prep and cleanup that pile up the time/money. For you-- or someone local to you-- to create ready-to-weld pieces to submit, then work the surfaces down to what's required when it returns would be the least expensive way to take this route.
Any technician or facility with the skills to accomplish even these before and after tasks wouldn't surprise me if they charge at least $60.hr for their time, so DIY would be the way to go if you can handle it yourself.
