Produced from 1922 to 1932, total production about 25 000
3 Variations:
1-Dated WWI Rework, dates 17-18 ( 18 mostly encountered )
2-Blank chamber, either no date receiver or date grounded off
3- Dated 1925-1928, 25 date most popular
SIMSONs were manufactured on ERFURT machinery and are considered SCARCE....so you have A GREAT FIND!
