It's also a good candidate for a very late 'commercial' piece (i.e. privately sold), since basically the last batch of lugers was rejected by the HWa and they thus ended up in several places, including Portugal. (just a matter of filling in small orders with leftovers

I'm curious who put the '9mm para' text on the barrel.
