If you do not have the 3 volume set of Parabellum books by Goertz and Sturgess- buy them!

They will give you months of great reading and super pictures, more information than you can imagine.

If you don't want to "handle" the hard copies, a dvd is available from Simpson's that you can load on your computer. You will have to call them to get the dvd, as it is not find-able on their website.

The book will answer all your questions and more- it would take "pages" to answer your question above- they are in the "book".
