When I did shoot with the 38 Spl revolvers I used to reload 148 grains LWC bullets with 3.2 N320 Vihtavuori powder.
The only drawback shooting 38 Spl bullets in 357 Mag. revolvers is that you get the chambers dirty
with crud and lead.
