A T 14 with two matching mags and holster is sought after for sure, the late pistols- like your 20.3 are as or more desireable as the other dates.
There are fewer late mfg. pistols.
Pricing is always a gamble and a range, I'd go from $1000 to 1500 on yours for quick sale, and maybe more at auction.
There were only some 280k T 14s and only 71k T 94 pistols made; compare this to over 2 million lugers. One has to wonder "when" collectors will realize the scarcity of nice Nambu pistols.
