Yes, I do have many Luger fired, twenty-five yard, three-in-one-hole (defined as three shots touching) group targets as posted by me over the many years I have been posting here. Does that meet YOUR definition of one hole groups? Maybe not.
I can also hold a .45 inch group, with a Finnish Mosin, at 100 yards, with my custom loads for it.

Thanks for the clarification.
Three shots touching is not "one hole" , IMO. However if you define it as one hole- fine.
If measured center to center, three 9mm shots could be 0.5" or .75" or more, not 0.36" - the diameter of a 9mm round.
A .45" Moisin group is an excellent group; and would be with most anything, except maybe a .22 lr.
As is often the case, misunderstanding is based in definitions.
Groups to me are of 5 or 10 rounds, fewer is not a real test of man or equipment, again JMHO.
