Third - just as a reference - I have VET bring back that is a "G" date as well - and was "reblued" as well. I'd like to send it to Thor someday for a proper reblue and send the holster to Jerry (lugerholsterrepair) for his magic touch. I bought this Luger for my Dad when I was 18 - and I paid $600 way back then (I'm pretty old now
). I probably paid too much over 30 years ago - but it's matched and correct. Besides - it was the first and only Luger he'd ever owned (he flew BLIMPS for the USN in 1946 - '49).
