The reblue will affect the value much more in some peoples eyes than others.
If all the edges and markings are untouched by any buffing performed when the gun was re-finished you'd certainly get more than $400 on the auction sites, possibly up to the $700 mark.
As an example; I've a nicely reblued, mainly matching, 1920 commercial, but the edges have been softened in places and the metal prep prior to blueing wasn't the best. Should someone give me $550 for it I'd be happy ! On the other hand I've a matching, Ted Green restored, 1916 Erfurt and it would take close to a grand to part me from it.
