I can at the very least tell you that Luger Magazines are supposed to be interchangeable across all makes, models, and variants that you or I will ever come across (the single .45 Luger being valued at $1 million and probably a similar pricetag for any of the few "baby lugers" in existence). That said, just because magazines are theoretically interchangeable doesn't mean that they all help the gun function the same. When lugers work, they work flawlessly. But to get them to that point often requires lots of fine tuning and/or all original parts (including magazines). Everything else you are asking is easily found on the FAQ section and in reading some of the many books about Lugers that are in circulation. Best of luck finding your answers to your questions!
