Hi Herkaiser, In general, it depends on where you live, and the restrictions in place state by state.... Arizona is a very gun friendly state and no restrictions of any kind that I'm aware of on mag capacity.. but Cal. Col. New York just to name a few, would certainly regard them as tools of Satan!!!!! And take you to task...
