I call those old dusty posts that get a new life "Zombie Posts"... They happen in most forums, but seem to happen a bit more often here.

It's almost that reading a discussion from long ago peaks an interest, and suddenly the thread gets a new life!!!

You can always open a new thread and post a link back to the thread that got you started thinking...
