Hello, I am currently looking at a artillery luger made by DMW in 1918. The shop is asking $1500 for the pistol, but i have some concerns with it. First off the pistol seems to be a different color, more of a blackish color than blue. Also the grooves where the stock would attached has been shaved off a little. Any information about the value of this pistol would be greatly appreciated and any history of why it would be black, ive been looking for an artillery luger for some time.
