Eric,
I suspect you have cleaned your guns a number of times (OCD?), removed the grips and treated most if not all of them with Renaissance Wax. You don't shoot your Lugers (good choice) so stop fiddling with them. Handle them, admire them, photograph them and even field strip them as often as you please then wipe them down with a clean silicone treated cloth and skip any disassembly or cleaning that requires the use of tools. I have been collecting Lugers for over 60 years and that is what I do.
