Pepe, the Luger looks like a commercial model.

They used the 1906 design, with a grip safety, no date code and no stock lug, as the primary design features for commercial lugers.

The Portuguese Navy Lugers had a very visible stamp (see below) on the top of the chamber. The chamber on this gun has nothing or it was removed.
