I'm not at all doubting your reference to Datig's remark. I'm only saying that, to the best of MY knowledge, there's been no further reports or evidence of Amberg involvement with manufacture or repair of Lugers.
Having said that, it's possible that something has appeared in "AUTOMAG" that I'm unaware of or even discussed on the old forum to which I didn't belong. In all my readings, I've found no mention of Lugers in connection with Amberg.
