Norm is absolutely correct. Depending on what the problem is, it is possible that it might be an assembly problem or maybe just require the replacement of an out of spec part. Rarely is a gunsmith required if you or you friend are handy with common hand tools...

I am in the Northern VA area and could help if we can't fix it with advice.
