Personally, running a small business I find that lightning fast E communication is essential. It's one of the first things I do every morning. Have a cup of coffee and I check my email. I check messages on all Forums. Anywhere I might get a message, I try to find it and respond. Customers appreciate it..and I stay on top of any difficulties. It's actually one of the easiest things I have to do but one of the most important. I have found NO ONE likes to be ignored. We all want to feel like we are a first concern..I know I do when dealing with people so it's natural others don't like being left dangling either. It's something that can get a small businessman in real trouble if it is not paid attention to as we see from this thread. I hope all's well that ends well..
