It appears to be a stock for a 1936 "Siamese" contract artillery Luger. They were numbered in the wood as this one is as well as the same year "Persian" contract artilleries, only the latter were numbered in Farsi characters. The numbering on the stock iron seems to be someones attempt to match a gun as it's not correct in orientation and was stamped through the bluing.
