So does Eisel, if you don't like it after you receive it- send it back for a refund. It does cost you shipping. So do pay attention to pictures and description. He is Not a luger expert.
All JMHO.
You can also do well to buy from one of the members on this board, good lugers show up here and are usually fairly priced.
