Start by studying the FAQ document on this site.

It will give you some background and help your judgement in buying a Luger.

What is the owner asking for it?

Check to make sure numbers inside the side plate relate to the first digits of the serial number.

If all matching and correct and in 85% or better it is collectible. Prices range quite a bit. I can't see clearly enough to judge finish or markings. There isn't enough detail in the photos. Try taking photos in natural lighting with about 1024 pixels on the longest photo axis.
