Don't know about the "level" and am not certain about Imperial field parts kits, however, pictures in Bender indicate all of the items you mention, including side plates. Pics show an inventory list, but, alas, my German is not that good.
Whoops, no stocks for the rifles. Just small parts. Muzzle covers, yes. The sling fitting that goes on the right side of the stock, the small stuff.
