1908(1911) Bulgarian frame with mixed rest of parts.
Likely an "Erma" post war rework/refurb; judging from the milled away Cyrillic "fire" marking and refinish style/color.
You should see holes on the very bottom of the frame for the Bulgarian lanyard loop as it was placed there. You will need to remove the grips to look.
