You have pretty much assessed your 1916 DWM- mismatched, but looks like it may consist of all DWM parts. The upper looks to match itself and you don't show numbers on the receiver- though it really makes no difference.
The main thing is that it functions well, and is pretty accurate judging by your pictures.
