Rich is correct - but in defense of "ignorant" sellers, most of them don't have a clue.

One would actually have to know the correct diameter and measure one to tell if it were oversize or not.

Original oversize pins are "usually" marked on the end, as in "+.05mm or +.1MM" IIRC; but not always.
