If it moves freely after lube, leave it alone. It is not a "strong" spring, but needs to move easily and "snap" if released quickly.

Finding one is next to impossible; if you must do something because it does not function correctly, at most carefully remove it and clean with penetrating oil, and clean it's recess. Re-assemble and your good.
