Finish looks dusty blue. I think it was submersed in a solution that dulled the finish? Most of the finish is gone. No straw remaining. Side cover not numbered. Hold open not numbered. One grip not numbered, other looks like 98?" with a "E" Workers mark.

Barrel lettering looks original. Not engraved.

Thoughts? The more I look maybe refinished?
